I’m Imma Flotats, an artist rooted in the dynamic energy of Barcelona. With each brushstroke, I strive to capture the broad spectrum of emotions that arise in my life journey, weaving the very essence of my experiences into my creations. My initial training in oil painting and drawing took place alongside two painters whom I deeply admire and from whom I learned the fundamental principles of my art: Francesc Ferrer and Josep Antón Vila-Crusat. Their mentorship provided me with a solid academic foundation, but also instilled in me the importance of passion and personal expression in every piece.

I find deep satisfaction in the interplay of vibrant tones and intricate textures in my work, as each element contributes to enriching the visual narrative I seek to convey. However, my creative process goes beyond learned techniques; it is a journey of constant discovery where experimentation plays a crucial role. This exploration has led me to embrace new techniques and approaches, allowing me to express myself with renewed freedom and authenticity.
